Popular Venues

 In Spain, there are some world-class classical concert venues. In Madrid, major concerts are held at the magnificent Auditorio Nacional de Musica which is the home of the Spanish national orchestra. Palau de la Musica has two locations. In Barcelona, you can hear some big names in concert, and in Valencia local and national performers are featured as part of a full program of events. In all three of these cities plus others throughout Spain, there are numerous open-air concerts that take place in parks and gardens throughout the summer. In Spain, the festivals and celebrations are dominated by Spanish music.
